Party of four... for now! Nick Lachey and wife Vanessa treat their children to brunch after announcing they're expecting baby number three

They'll soon be a party of five.

But currently still a family of four, Nick Lachey and his wife Vanessa, who announced this week that they're expecting their third child, took their two tots to brunch on Sunday.

The young family headed to The Six restaurant in Studio City for the leisurely outing, with Nick, 42, doting over the couple's youngest, Brooklyn, one.

The former 98 Degrees heartthrob teamed a blue t-shirt with grey shorts for the outing.

He carried little Brooklyn, who looked adorable in a checked dress and pink bow in her hair, in his right arm across the parking lot. 

Camden, three, stayed near mum as they headed back to their car and sported camouflage shorts and a graphic print t-shirt.

On Friday Nick and Vanessa Lachey announced they are expecting a third child as they posted a sweet Instagram snap in front of their home with their children and dog. 

'We got a new crib! Now we need a new crib!' was written on the image.

Vanessa is seen cradling her baby bump and another caption lower down read 'Newest Lachey arriving Spring 2017.'

In June the couple purchased the Encino home of the late Mexican-American singer Jenni Rivera, paying $4.15 million.

This comes soon after the famous couple sold their family home for nearly $4 million in the same neighborhood.

The family's new pad is nearly 10,000 square feet and sits on four acres behind private gates.

The mansion features seven bedrooms and nine bathrooms - plenty of room for their brood. 

Nick and Vanessa started dating in 2006 and after a brief split in 2009 got engaged the following year.

They married July 15, 2011 in the British Virgin Islands.
