The actor attended the annual Malibu Kiwanis Chili Cook-off and Fair, which was created as a fundraiser to benefit the organization's youth charitable pursuits.

The 48-year-old did not believe the slide was just for children, as he appeared to enjoy himself following his ride.

A group of children nearby kept their focus on the star as they watched him in awe.

The Ray Oscar winner looked cool in a bomber jacket and shades during the event.

He was dressed appropriately for the festival that's held on a piece of scrubland by Pacific Coast Highway near the bucolic beach community's main shopping area.

Under his jacket he had on a T-shirt and also had on jeans and some work boots.

In addition to the chili booths, the event, now in its 35th year, also boasts a funfair and midway games and runs through the long Labor day holiday weekend.
