After the deadline passed, a second post said the culprits would be charged with criminal trespassing and felony theft of property if they did not return the items to Hampton police.

It continued: 'Guys, we have been extremely lenient and we are giving you one more chance to return the items.

'You are captured on video and the electronics that were taken are worthless to you (locked and blacklisted making future use impossible).'

Police say Michaels, who sold 450million records worldwide as lead singer of the glam metal band, has not filed a formal complaint.
