And Lauren Goodger has revealed she's using her super-slimmed down figure in the tape as her inspiration to lose weight before returning to TOWIE.

Writing in her new! magazine column, the 29-year-old reality starlet confessed she was her own motivational figure in her weight loss quest as she admitted that she'd already lost six pounds.

She explained: 'They say you should stick a picture of someone who is your body idol on your fridge - my DVD is mine!'

Lauren revealed she's on a limited time scale to reach her goal weight as she explained that she wants to look her best for her return to The Only Way Is Essex next season.

'My goal is to continue losing weight ready for when I start filming TOWIE, and I think I'm going to do it.

'The camera adds 10lbs so I want to look and feel my best.'

She revealed last month she would be making a long-awaited return to the ITVBe series after quitting in 2012.

Lauren, who returned for one episode last year, will be joining the only two remaining cast members; Lydia Bright and James Argent.

However, she is adamant she won't be returning full time and will only be appearing in the odd scene.

Speaking in her column, she explained: 'I've got a more mature opinion on things now so I can see myself being quite rational, but I won't be scared to tell someone if I think they're wrong.'

She added whilst appearing on Loose Women: 'I was meant to be in this series but couldn't for personal reasons. But I will be back next series.

'I said I'd love to come back as Lauren. I've always been in a relationship or had drama. I can be one of the girls. There's a load of things I can do. I can help the others girls.'
