The Late Late Show With James Corden presenter looked casual in a navy T-shirt and khaki-coloured shorts.

He chose to go incognito in a black baseball cap and simple white trainers for the festival that's held on a piece of scrubland by Pacific Coast Highway near the bucolic beach community's main shopping area.

In addition to the chili booths, the event, now in its 35th year, also boasts a funfair and midway games and runs through the long Labor day holiday weekend.

Meanwhile Julia, who he tied the knot with in 2012, showed off her endless tanned legs in a pair of tiny ripped shorts.

James and Julia tied the knot in 2012 with a lavish £250,000 ceremony held in Somerset.

Shortly after the birth of their daughter in 2014, the family made a transatlantic move so that James could take over as host of The Late Late Show.

The gamble paid off, and after wowing US audiences, he landed himself a prime-time programme slot.

A source told the Mail On Sunday: 'James has become one of the most wanted men in Hollywood,' a source said.

'He has been getting all sorts of offers and CBS doesn't want to risk losing him.

'The plan is for a primetime variety show which showcases all his talents. The move will happen sooner rather than later. The talks started last week.'

CBS, which has paid £3 million to extend Corden's contract for two years, declined to comment.
