Many a young person has been told off by their parents for staring at a screen during dinner time.
But perhaps some parents may be shocked to know that their children may be so engrossed with their tablets and phones that they may not know they're there at all - until the wi-fi gets disconnected.
A hilarious new video shows a group of children each sitting down for dinner with their eyes glued to their screens.
Mum swap: The hilarious advert shows parents and siblings swapping with each other to test how much children are paying attention
Twins: As the intruders arrive in similar clothing, none of the children appear to notice the swap
As they play their games, their family members subtly swap details of their house around - with one dad changing around a picture and another bringing in an inflatable palm tree.
The kids play on, utterly oblivious.
Before: One young boy is surrounded by his family but continues to play on his computer. One by one they are replaced by complete strangers
After: Looking up from his screen he realizes they have been replaced. Even his young brother has been replaced by a grown man, completely undetected
But the cunning parents take things one step further when they hide in cupboards - allowing themselves to be replaced by stand in 'parents'.
In other households brothers and sisters sitting immediately next to distracted siblings do the same thing - and still they don't notice.
Despite the new parents and siblings being of wildly different appearances, the children sdon't look up from their devices.
The new families take their place around the table.
But when one pushes the pepper grinder - which has been activated with a device to turn off the house's WiFi - the children finally look up.

Completely thrown off by the new family members sitting around their table, they stumble out of the kitchen in shock - where they are reunited with their real family members.
The video was produced by Australian pasta sauce giants Dolmio, to highlight how disrupted dinner time has become by technology.
