And it seems Christina Milian has taken the song to heart after she was spotted squatting in the middle of a hike in Los Angeles on Wednesday.

The fading RnB star proved there is plenty of life in the old dog yet as she showcased her athleticism while enjoying a cardio session in a park in the trendy Studio City area.

The 34-year-old was looking great for her age in a tight T-shirt, which she tied at the front to show off her abs, running shorts and trainers.

Saucy singer Christina, who last had a hit in 2006, was joined on her excursion by her sister Lizzy and her brother-in-law Dom as they went for a group session in the park.

The mother-of-one certainly has every reason to be motivated to get in shape however.

For performer will soon be starring as Magenta, the role made famous by Patricia Quinn, in the upcoming Rocky Horror Picture reboot on Fox.

She revealed that in order to play a previously worn-in part: 'I did definitely study not only the original movie, but also the plays, and the other woman who have played Magenta, and seen where they took it.

'And I was like, "You know, I just love their sense of freedom". And that's what - that's what I took from it, and then did my own thing. Got spicy'!

She's joined by stars such as Laverne Cox as Dr. Frank-N-Further, Victoria Justice as Janet Weiss, and Adam Lambert as Eddie. Tim Curry will also be making a cameo as The Criminologist.

The Rocky Horror Picture Show: Let's Do The Time Warp Again, which will preserve the original's screenplay, will premiere on Fox 20th October.
