Kylie Jenner came close to clearing up the rumours around THAT ring on her wedding finger.

The 19-year-old star took to Snapchat as boyfriend Tyga performed at Provocateur nightclub in New York on Thursday night at Nylon's Rebel Fashion Party.

It has long been speculated that the giant diamond, which the 26-year-old rapper gifted the star for Christmas, was an engagement ring.

But on Thursday night, the reality star strongly hinted that it was, in fact a promise ring.

Posting a snap of the giant ring, alongside Tyga's bejeweled hand, Kylie wrote: 'If this is my promise ring I wanna know what my engagement ring gonna look like.'

Of course, being a member of the Kardashian clan, the star could not help but add a tiny seed of doubt by kicking off the statement with an 'if'.

Ifs aside, clearly Kylie has her eye on some serious engagement bling so notoriously financially fickle Tyga better start savings his pennies.

The 26-year-old rapper is in a slightly better position to be able to save now, as it was revealed on Wednesday Kylie's brother-in-law Kanye West has signed Tyga to his G.O.O.D. Music label.

Tyga has already released his first single with the label, a collaboration with Kanye's popular protege Desiigner called Gucci Snakes.

For the Rebel Fashion Party, Kylie wore her third outfit of the day.

The siblings got stuck inside an elevator and the fire department had to be called to free them.

Also attending the Nylon Party was Kylie's besties Justin Skye and Jordyn Woods as well as football star Odell Beckham.

The event was hosted by Hailee Stienfeld and celebrated Disney's iconic style icon Minnie Mouse and her new book The Art of Minnie Mouse.

Jennifer Lopez's ex Casper Smart was also seen mingling with the crowd.

 Never ones to miss a good party Rich Kids of Beverly Hills stars Dorothy Wang, Morgan Stewart and Bianca Espada also stopped by.
