Jessica Biel gave birth to her baby boy, Silas, in April 2015.

And it looks as though the 34-year-old is in better shape than ever as she was seen leaving a Pilates class in Studio City on Thursday.

The New Year's Eve actress was all smiles as she wore a pair of black leggings, a black tank top and a pair of Nike trainers.

The brunette beauty had her hair tied up in a high ponytail as she made her way to her car.

Meanwhile, Jessica is set to star in the upcoming crime thriller The Sinner, which will debut on the USA Network. 

Not only is she starring in the hotly anticipated series but she is also producing it.

This will be the first time Jessica has returned to a television series in a regular role since 7th Heaven, which was in 2006.

She is also starring in a drama alongside Clive Owen called Invisible. 

The story follows a window washer in London who lives an existence where he feels people see right through him.

Another drama she is due to be a part of is Shock and Awe, directed by Rob Reiner.

A group of journalists covering George Bush's planned invasion of Iraq in 2003 are skeptical of the presidents claim that Saddam Hussein has 'weapons of mass destruction.' 

The star-studded cast also includes Milla Jovovich, Tommy Lee Jones, Woody Harrelson, James Marsden and Alec Baldwin.
