Jennifer Lopez shared a stunning selfie while taking a break on set of her TV series Shades Of Blue just days earlier.

But on Wednesday the 47-year-old actress was back to work in full hair and makeup while filming the second season of her NBC show in New York City.

The multi-talented star showcased her famous derriere in beige trousers while shooting on the steps of the Manhattan Supreme Court.

The Golden Globe nominee looked stunning in a matching tan and cream silk striped blouse.

Her figure-hugging bottoms put the singer and performer's shapely posterior on full display.

Lopez - who plays Det. Harlee Santos - completed her ensemble with a pair of black leather heels.

She skipped the accessories and opted for a touch of smokey eye with dark mascara, and matte coral lip.

Her golden honey tresses were styled in perfectly-coiled tendrils and fell just past her shoulders.

The former American Idol judge also changed wardrobes into a similar outfit but in a navy hue.

And action! While she had a body double at the ready, the actress chose to do a dramatic running scene herself

JLo plays a single mother and seemingly corrupt member of a team of Brooklyn lawmen led by Ray Liotta's sleazy bisexual Lt. Matt Wozniak, who often leads the team to step outside the limits of the law.

In a twist, Santos is actually working as an informant for the force's anti-corruption unit.

Speaking about the ambiguous nature of the show at a Television Academy event this summer, she said: 'We know that certain things are wrong.'

Jennifer's star power was enough to get the show renewed, despite lackluster ratings, and due to stiff competition on other channels was one of the most time-shifted programs on television.

When the renewal was announced NBC’s entertainment president Jennifer Salke said: 'We want to thank Jennifer, who is the hardest-working woman we know, for her incredible efforts as both the star and producer of this show.'

Season two of Shades Of Blue is scheduled to hit screens on NBC midseason.
