Khloe Kardashian parties at Scott Disick's birthday bash after filing for divorce from Lamar Odom 'because she wants children'

She filed for divorce from Lamar Odom for the second time on Thursday but she certainly wasn't crying in her pillow.

Khloe Kardashian was every inch the glamour girl as she hit up Scott Disick's 33rd birthday party at Nobu restaurant in Malibu, California.

The reality star, 31, stepped out as it emerged she filed papers to make terminate her marriage once and for all from the basketball player nearly three years after their separation.

Although the pair have remained on friendly terms as Khloe supported Lamar following his brush with death last year, she wants to move on and have children.

With her sisters Kourtney and Kim already mothers, their younger sister is desperate to start a family, having never been successful in becoming pregnant during her marriage to Lamar.

A source told TMZ.com that Khloe told Lamar she wanted a family and couldn't even consider starting one until she was officially single.

She originally dropped her first divorce petition last summer so she was able to make decisions for Lamar while he was in a coma after he collapsed during a binge at a Nevada brothel. 

However, now she is confident he is able to make his own decisions and run his life, she has re-filed papers to dissolve their marriage.

The papers list their separation date as 13 December 2013 - a month after a video surfaced online of Lamar rapping about cheating on Khloe.

Khloe has listed 'irreconcilable differences' as the reason for their split and asks for the court to split their assets as cited in their prenuptial agreement.

Khloe was ready for a good time judging by the smiles and kisses she shared with her social media followers.

All that divorce business with the former NBA player seemed like water under the bridge.

TMZ reported that Khloe gave Lamar word that she was going to file documents, and that both are at peace with that decision.

The Kardashian family arrived en masse at the upscale oceanfront eatery accompanied by camera crews for their E! reality series.

Once inside the venue, Kim posed up a storm with Scott, who turned 33 on Thursday.

He carried his sleepy daughter into the restaurant as Kourtney followed behind with their son.
