Schoolgirl swimmer Ellie Robinson set herself up for success with an incredible entrance to the S6 50m butterfly event at the Rio Paralympics on Friday night. She cruised into the arena wearing a large black coat with the hood pulled over her face. On hearing the crowds cheering for her, she threw her arms out, pictured right, prompting tweets calling her a 'gangster'. Ellie won gold and set a games record of 35.58 seconds, even faster that her qualifier earlier in the day which she had also won. Commentators said she had her 'game face' on as she got ready for the race, in the image on the left. Fans took to Twitter to praise the 15-year-old's confidence, shown in the tweet on the right, with one saying she was 'straight outta Northampon' and her dad was spotted in the crowds, cheering and punching the air as his daughter cruised to victory, shown inset left in the pink shirt.
