Sofia Vergara looked flawless when she exited Dr Ourian's Beverly Hills Epione office on Friday.

The 44-year-old Modern Family actress also looked a little extra pouty.

The famed doctor has appeared on Keeping Up With The Kardashians and is the man responsible for Kylie Jenner's newly plumped lips that have helped make her the rising star of the reality clan. He also works with sisters Kim and Khloe Kardashian.

The Colombian actress, who is married to Joe Maganiello, looked flawless as she headed out the back door of the facility with a woman who appeared to be a nurse.

Sofia had pretty, full lips decorated with dark pink lipstick.

She also had not a wrinkle on her face and looked much younger than her 44 years.

In May 2015 Kylie admitted to getting work done to her pout. 'I have had temporary lip fillers,' she said during an episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians. 'It's just something that I wanted to do.'

Dr Ourian's office offers Botox, collagen wrinkle filler, facelifts, fat transfers, liposuction, brow lifts, Restylane injections, Juvederm, chemical peels, breast augmentation, tummy tucks, and lipo freeze, among other things.

This sighting comes after ABC ramped up anticipation for hit sitcom Modern Family by releasing a new set of snaps of the stars on Friday.

Never mind modern, the gang looked like they'd travelled into the future as they posed on a high-tech white set depicting a living room with a silver robot waving what looked like a golf club sitting at the back.

Even Beatrice, the French bulldog who plays pooch Stella Pritchett, got a futuristic makeover in the form of a silver winged collar and a metal domed kennel.

Vergara, who plays Gloria Delgado-Pritchett, sizzled in a fitted pink and black dress that hugged her curves, while Julie Bowen, 46, who co-stars as Claire Dunphy, wore a white dress with a red stripe down the front.

Her on-screen daughters Ariel Winter, 18, and Sarah Hyland, 25, as Alex and Haley Dunphy, were colorfully dressed with Ariel in an orange mini-dress cinched at the waist with a wide white belt. 

Haley looked like she had embraced the futuristic theme in a shiny green bustier with a peplum and equally shiny black leggings.

By comparison, the guys - Ty Burrell, 49, as Phil Dunphy, Nolan Gould,17, as his son Luke, Ed O'Neill, 70, as Jay Pritchett and Eric Stonestreet, 45, as Cameron Tucker - were all conservatively dressed  in shirts and slacks in a sober mix of dark colours.

Only Jesse Tyler Ferguson, 40, as Mitchell Pritchett, stood out in a bright blue suit that set off his red hair and beard.

The ensemble also posed in all-white outfits with Sofia again showing off her curvaceous figure in a tight dress with a plunging neckline and a fringe detail.

Julie suited up in an elegant two piece with wide leg trousers.

The ensemble cast have been busy filming the eighth season of the ABC sitcom.

It seems the Dunphy family will be enjoying a trip to New York as Sarah was seen filming scenes with Nolan and Ariel at the top of subway stairs in the city last week.

Modern Family returns to the small screen on September 21.
