'Healthy body healthy mind': Chris Hemsworth demonstrates his Thor-like strength as he kickboxes with personal trainer Luke Zocchi

And Chris Hemsworth put his famous physique on display while encouraging his fans to live a healthy lifestyle in a sporty Instagram video on Friday.
In the black-and-white video, the 32-year-old Thor hunk performs a series of impressive punches and kicks during a kickboxing session with his personal trainer Luke Zocchi.

In the caption, Chris wrote: 'Smashing the pads with @zocobodypro, nothing better than physical exertion to clear the mind.'
'Any stress or thoughts from today , tomorrow , yesterday or years from now go out the window and your slammed into the present moment. Get moving everyone! Healthy body healthy mind,' he continued, before adding the hashtag: '#padsdonthitback.'
It comes after Chris penned an essay about the benefits of maintaining an active lifestyle, which was published in a book titled True To Form, by Dr Eric Goodman.

To promote his new venture, Chris uploaded an image of front cover of the book to his Instagram page along with a series of photos of himself stretching.
Next to the images, he wrote: 'If you've ever suffered from back pain or want a stronger healthier body then check this book out.'
The post continued: 'I incorporate it into my everyday workouts and daily movements and I've never felt stronger, it's incredible . (Also if you do it next to a helicopter in the beautiful Australian outback it looks and feels even better)
