She is certainly fond of a glamorous ensemble, dressing up for the swanky Tom Ford party earlier this week.

But Rita Ora was well and truly dressing for comfort on Friday as she jetted in from New York to London.

The star sported a white baseball cap, hooded sweater and matching jeans teamed with a pair of trainers.

It's clearly business as usual for the 25-year-old singer who headed straight into the recording studio after landing at Heathrow.

Following a legal battle with Jay Z's Roc Nation, the Grateful songstress has been recording her long-delayed second studio album with Warner Music since June.

The last time we saw Rita Ora she was glammed up to the max at Tom Ford's show and dinner at New York Fashion Week.

'I just signed a new deal. I can't wait! I'm so excited, so this year [new music is coming] for sure,' Ora gushed to VH1 at last week's MTV VMAs.

'I'm recording it in London, so I've definitely just kept it back to where I'm from, you know?

'And who I am and everything that I've become up to this point and just working with my friends and basically just making a record that I want my friends to dance to.'

Earlier this week, Rita showed her glamorous side as she arrived at Tom Ford's cocktail party sporting a figure-hugging sequinned dress.
