Operation Allied Force UpdateYesterday, NATO used continuing favourable weather conditions on Day 60 of Operation Allied Force to press on with its attacks against a wide range of Serb forces in Kosovo. In Kosovo, allied aircraft struck at least 9 armoured vehicles, 10 artillery positions, tanks and other military vehicles. In addition, 3 parked aircraft, 2 SA-6 surface-to-air missile transporter/launcher vehicles and a radar site were hit. In addition, a MUP depot in Belgrade and the electrical power transformer yard at Obrenovac were also struck. All NATO manned aircraft returned safely. Operations on Day 61 of Operation Allied Force are already under way. More details will be provided at 10.30 CET.
