And Charlie Puth has discussed the benefits of taking time out to focus on yourself and tuning out the pressures that come with social media during an appearance on ITV's Lorraine on Thursday morning.
The 24-year-old singer teamed up with the pop princess for hit song We Don’t Talk Anymore and the pair developped a close bond.

Quizzed about how Selena was doing, he mused: 'I think it's a good idea to take a break from the spotlight.
'For me today, I'm not even going to look at social media. Ten years ago, we didn't look at all that stuff all the time. You start to realise how observant you are.'
Charlie - who rose to fame thanks to his viral YouTube videos - also spoke about his own personal struggles, including being 'horrendously unpopular' at school.

The singer revealed the motivation behind shooting the video for his debut single Marvin Gaye with Meghan Trainor at a high school prom was because he missed his own.
'We made this video at a prom because I didn't get to go to my own prom. I was horrendously unpopular at school', he revealed.
Asked what he would say to the people who shunned him now, Charlie said: 'I'm not going to best pals with them, but I'm going to be cordial.'
