She has been enjoying a working holiday in California over the past few weeks.

And Jessica Gomes, 30, looked every inch the off-duty model as she strode through Beverly Hills earlier this week.

The David Jones ambassador looked effortlessly chic in ripped black jeans and a denim jacket on Friday.

She completed her look with a pair of retro-inspired sunglasses, a fur handbag and a set of silver hoop earrings.

Wearing minimal make-up, the runway model styled glossy brunette hair straight and loosely.

The Perth-born beauty took to Instagram later that day to share of photo of herself visiting fellow model Nicole Trunfio.

Nicole is currently based in the US with her son Zion and blues musician husband Gary Clark Jr.

Meanwhile, Jessica splits her time between Australia and the US.

The pair have a close friendship, with Jessica serving as a bridesmaid at Nicole and Gary's Palm Springs wedding in April.

While Jessica appears to be enjoying life in Los Angeles, she still calls Perth home.

'Compared with the rest of Australia and the world, people are warmer and friendlier here,' she told Perth Now.

'I feel that Perth has really started to become a creative hub within Australia.'
