And on Thursday Kaley Cuoco was spotted looking fit after getting in her workout in Studio City, California.

The 30-year-old sported eye-catching, neon exercise gear as she headed back to her car after yoga.

The blonde beauty also toted a large, black bag as she strolled out of the Studio City gym following her yoga class.

Kaley wore her long, blonde tresses pulled back into a high ponytail, and went make-up free for the gym run.

Kaley, who began dating Karl in March after announcing her split from husband Ryan Sweeting in September, shared: 'I can't stop smiling. Life is so, so good.'

'I finally found my horse guy. It was very meant to be,' she added, of Karl, whom she had met at a horse show.
