The 41-year-old showed off her buzz cut this week on Instagram in a stunning selfie.

The actress, who got the shorter look earlier this month, captioned the snap: '#AlreadyTimeForATrim #FastGrowingHair #HappyMonday.'

The former Grey's Anatomy star looked fresh faced in the gorgeous photo.

Sara showed off the new cut - which featured shaved sides - to her 867,000 Instagram followers on Monday.

Two weeks prior, the TV actress snapped a photo of her hair before and after getting the dramatic cut.

In the split photo, the brunette showed off her braided tresses before the transformation; the second picture showed her freshly cut hair afterwards on the counter.

She captioned the snap: 'Whelp, this just happened! Welcome #Change #LetItGo Donating to #LocksOfLove.'

Wearing a black hued ensemble, the starlet posed at the center; she wrote: 'With my friends at the #SanDiego #LGBTCenter #Latino Services! #BeTheGeneration Smashing the stigma of HIV!'

The Mexico-born star became a household after portraying Dr. Callie Torres in Grey's Anatomy; she played the character for 10 years on the hit show.
