'We've said I love you': Stephanie Pratt gushes about new beau Joey Essex on Celebrity Juice before claiming they will be 'together for ever'

They have been subject to endless scrutiny since hooking up on E4 show Celebs Go Dating.

But Stephanie Pratt was quick to confirm that her budding relationship with Joey Essex is the real deal during her appearance on Thursday night's episode of Celebrity Juice.

The Made in Chelsea star, 30, took to the ITV2 show to confirm that the pair have exchanged 'I love you's' and that she will be with her TOWIE hunk 'for ever'.

Joining panelist Gino D'Campo's team for this week's episode, Stephanie was immediately quizzed on her relationship with the Educating Joey Essex star, 26, by host Keith Lemon.

When asked what it is like to date Joey, Stephanie smiled: 'It’s the most fun ever. All we do is laugh, he’s so sweet and thoughtful.'

Continuing to gush about her man, she revealed that their completely different backgrounds has helped their love to blossom - with Steph originating from LA and residing in Chelsea, and Joey growing up in Essex.

For TV one has to up the wardrobe ante and Stephanie Pratt did just that for Thursday night’s episode of Celebrity Juice.

Leopard print has always danced a fine line between tacky and tasteful. On one hand it's racy-cool in a Kate Moss way, on the other it’s dogged by memories of Kat Slater's wardrobe disasters. However, the Made In Chelsea star was definitively more Moss than Albert Square in her sequin and lace animal print cami top that's available now from ASOS.

We love how she styled out the top with a string choker, which wrapped around her neck several times and was finished with a loose bow.

As it already makes a more-is-more statement, pace it with a pair of black jeans for after dark or peaking from under a jacket in the daytime.

She said: 'I learn a lot from him. It’s amazing. It gets quite international… don’t get me wrong I love where I live but I’ve never met anyone like him before. I think it says a lot about the Essex boys compared to the Chelsea boys.'

However the besotted beauty did admit that the fact they had to keep the romance quiet until the series had ended was difficult.

She admitted: 'We had to be in hiding for a long time. We couldn’t go public until the show ended.'

Continuing on the secrecy, she recalled a time the pair almost found themselves in a rather steamy close call.

The blonde revealed: 'We’d just done a girls scene in the bathroom and there were cameras on the wall and we had some down time so I said (to Joey), ‘meet me in the bathroom’.

'So I was in the bathroom waiting, 10 minutes go by and then he doesn’t come, he thought I was kidding.'

She continued in relief: 'Anyway thank god, he never came because then I looked up and realised there were cameras. Can you imagine!'

Drawing on his Educating Joey Essex reputation, Keith and the fellow members then teased Steph over whether the TOWIE star can count, to which she replied with a surprising revelation about her beau.

Spilling on his undiscovered talents, the LA native revealed: 'He can count…and he cooks. He’s the best cook! Every morning eggs, avocado toast then Salmon….everything.'

Moving on from the jokes however, Keith later told the former The Hills star that the pair will have to return to Celebrity Juice if they stay together.

Indignant, Steph responded: 'If? We will be together forever!'

Looking at her in disbelief, she confirmed to the humorous host and audience: 'Definitely, we've said 'I love you'.

Yet, things heated up quickly between them after they enjoyed a steamy kiss in the pool during one episode, resulting in Steph blowing off her later dates in favour of the Essex lad.

However, the couple have since suffered speculation from viewers and fans alike that their union is simply a 'showmance'.

The couple were even called into a therapy session with Judi James on the show after their whirlwind romance took off.

'We've called Joey and Steph in because they've only had one date but it's already got very intense very quickly,' the agency explained.

However, the reality show lovers have been putting on a defiant united front against the haters, declaring to OK! magazine that their feelings are sincere.

The former TOWIE star said: ‘I know it’s genuine, she knows it’s genuine. I trust her, she trusts me. It works and it’s perfect. I don’t care what anyone says or thinks.’
