Christian de Berdouare, a chicken restaurant magnate from the city, previously told Curbed.com that he believes North Bay Road is 'probably the best street in all of Miami Beach.'

'I wouldn't want to live anywhere else,' he added.

5446 North Bay Road was built in 2014 and originally listed for $37million.
