And Elizabeth Hurley, 51, proved her style icon status once again in a figure-hugging hot pink dress at the top of New York's Empire State building on Friday.

The famed actress stunned in the flattering bardot number as she posed for pictures at the event in honour of Estee Lauder Companies' 2016 Breast Cancer Awareness Campaign.

Elizabeth's stylish outing comes as she jetted into the Big Apple on Wednesday to help launch Breast Cancer Awareness month in renowned department store Bloomingdale's.  

Wearing her light brown locks in a loose centre-parting, the yummy mummy allowed her tumbling tresses to frame her youthful features as she slipped into one of her trademark figure-hugging pink dresses.

The stunner looked sensational for a good cause as she helped kick off Breast Cancer Awareness month with a brunch hosted by The Estee Lauder foundation.

The Australian cricketing legend has found himself under-fire for a seemingly innocuous comment on model Emily Ratajkowski's Instagram profile.

Liz was one of many stars to defend the sportsman when even his colleagues at Chanel Nine seemed to critique the move.

Venting his ire at the comments from certain members of Channel Nine's Today show, he tweeted: 

'I've been employed by Ch 9 for 23 years & have gone out of my way to give the today show my time, not anymore, lawyer time I think... [sic].'

And Elizabeth, who dated Shane for eight months back in 2011, was one of the first to add her support to the embattled Aussie.

'Extraordinary for Channel 9 to call their own employee 'creepy'.... @TheTodayShow is being mean to the Big Blonde,' wrote the actress, who followed the message with three crying emojis.

And the former international sports star was quick to respond to his former lover, gushing: 'Yep, very disappointing is an understatement !! Glad you found me charming & not 'creepy' ! Thanks Luna, lots of love X.'
