She was always a source of drama on the Real Housewives Of Atlanta.

And unfortunately it seems drama continues to plague NeNe Leakes, despite the fact she is no longer a part of the fiery Bravo show.

According to TMZ, the 48-year-old reality star's son was robbed at her So Nasty, So Rude comedy show in Chicago on Wednesday night.

Her 17-year-old son Brentt was on hand helping sell merchandise during the tour stop when he was apparently approached by an angry attendee.

The fan allegedly demanded a refund for the show, and when Brentt refused, TMZ reported the fan grabbed the teen's backpack, which contained his wallet and computer.

Sources indicated tot he website that while there was surveillance video of the incident, no arrest has been made yet.

NeNe and Brentt were physically unharmed, but reportedly distressed that Brentt's wallet contained his driver's license.

Meanwhile, season nine of Real Housewives Of Atlanta is about to premiere without fan favorite NeNe.

The Broadway actress turned down an offer to return to the hit reality show after drawn-out negotiations with the network.

'I heard once they couldn't work their deal out with me, they went to Kim Zolciak,' NeNe told People.

'When we couldn't work the deal out on me making appearances, then they went to Kim to work the same thing, I suppose,' she snubbed. 'I'm assuming she took it.'

When asked how she felt about the possibility of the Don't Be Tardy star returning for season nine, she confessed: 'I think it's going to be really odd. Kim hadn't been around the show for a while. It's going to be odd having Kim back.'

'But I think the fans want to see her though,' she admitted.

Kim and NeNe started out on season one as best friends but had a fierce falling out, including moments they came to blows, when they repeatedly screamed 'f*** you!' at one another, and both swearing their friendship was done for good.
