'Meeting my wife was the other best day!' Chris Hemsworth dubs the Western Bulldogs win in the AFL Grand Final the 'best day ever' before quickly adding a tribute to Elsa Pataky
It was the fairytale win in the AFL Grand Final, watched by Hollywood stars.
And after Chris Hemsworth's beloved Western Bulldogs took out the trophy in Saturday's thrilling match, the 33-year-old took to Instagram, calling it 'the best day ever'.
However, the father-of-three quickly realised there might be a few other 'best days' in his life and added in a tribute to wife, Elsa Pataky.

Posing in between his actor brother Liam Hemsworth and their father Craig, the Thor star couldn't have looked more proud or thrilled by the end results.
Kissing his dad's head in the shot, Chris captioned the emotional image: 'With my dad watching the @westernbulldogs win the first @afl grand final since 1954, the year he was born!!!'
'Best day ever!' he exclaimed.
'Also meeting my wife was the other best day,' he quickly added in brackets at the end.

It seems all was fine from Elsa's perspective, with the Spanish-born actress commenting on the shot in agreement.
The Hemsworth clan were later spotted mingling with the players in the club dressing room.

Earlier on Saturday, the actor brothers shared shots to social media from the stands as they cheered on the Bulldogs at the Melbourne Cricket Ground.
Chris shared a snap shot as he looked to the skies, praying for a victory, captioning the shot: 'Let's do this!'
While Liam's pre-game snap was a family photo, showing the Hemsworths, including parents Leonie and Craig, all wearing Bulldogs shirts.
'Let's go bulldogs!' wrote Liam, 26, below the image.
Noticeably missing from the image was brother Luke.

According to the Daily Telegraph, Chris was scheduled to arrive at the game straight after filming Thor: Ragnarok on Queensland's Gold Coast.
Last Saturday, the Hollywood star shared his excitement over the Bulldogs' victory against the Greater Western Sydney Giants.
