Bethenny Frankel's radio show 'was axed after she threw tantrum and a sticky drink at guests' during Coldplay concert in the Hamptons

Bethenny Frankel's temper reportedly got the best of her and cost her that radio show.

B Real with Bethenny got the axe by SiriusXM after the star threw a tantrum and a 'sticky' cocktail at other guests at Coldplay's VIP concert in the Hamptons on August 7, Page Six is reporting.

Bethenny had tweeted back in August that the show was going on brief hiatus and that she was coming back in September.

'They were prepared to give Bethenny her own show, but they ripped up the contract after that night,' a source told the publication of the broadcasting company's action.

Back to 'that night,' Bethenny was one among a small, celebrity-studded crowd - including Beyonce and Jay Z - who attended the Coldplay show at the Stephen Talkhouse in Amagansett.

The reality star wasn't pleased when she couldn't clearly see Chris Martin and the band over the heads of a group of women in front of her.

According to Page Six, Bethenny got pushy and started telling them to move. The women ignored her.

'Bethenny started poking and pushing them. Then, when they didn’t move, she went to the bar and got a mixed drink and threw it over them,' an eyewitness told Page Six.

A friend of Bethenny's described a slightly different scenario not long after the event.

'It was a crush... and very hot. People were jockeying for a view. It looked like this woman, who vehemently refused to move, needed some cooling off... so Bethenny tossed some water on her,' the friend said.

Page Six reported that one of the women complained to SiriusXM, which hosted the gig, while a second woman splashed upon was the wife of a top executive at Goldman Sachs.

A source told DailyMail.com that the second woman had been difficult with several people during the evening, and Bethenny splashed water on her after the crowd encouraged somebody to do something to quiet her down.

Three days after the concert, Bethenny was looking forward to a little respite before resuming the radio show in September.

'I LOVE doing the show which was a successful 13 week run,' Bethenny wrote on August 10, adding: 'Now I want to be w my daughter & blow it out in sept.'

She followed up on August 20, writing: 'Can't wait to get back at it on BReal w Bethenny. Happy NationalRadioDay! @SIRIUSXM'

SiriusXM told Page Six in a statement that B Real with Bethenny was proposed as 'a limited-run weekly series':

'When we announced B Real with Bethenny... back in April, it was as a limited-run weekly series. We often work with hosts [on] limited-run series to develop... with the hope they can lead a daily show...

Sizzle in Alaia like Bethenny Frankel

RHNY star and Skinny Girl mogul, Bethenny Frankel looked uber chic as she attended the King Of Prussia mall event.

Wearing he raven hair loosely her face, she wore a pink lip and a smoky eye to compliment her Alaia sleeveless dress.

We are so In love with the graphic print throughout the dress in a dark navy hue that contrasts so well with the white pumps she wore on her feet.

Sadly, this exact dress is sold out online, we did find the same silhouette sans print via the link on the right at Yoox.

We also have a high-street round-up of similar sleeveless skater dresses we think you will love and will look just as lovely as Bethenny's.

'That requires a great time commitment from the hosts. Bethenny is busy with Bravo and other projects, and we were unsure whether, in the long run, we could get enough of her time for a five-day-a-week show.'

Bethenny had apparently cut back the run of her show to 13 weeks because she was busy with Skinnygirl and raising daughter Bryn, six, but she was in discussions about developing a new programme because B Real With Bethenny had been so successful.

An insider told DailyMail.com: 'Andy Cohen and everyone at Sirius has been amazing and fully supportive of Bethenny and the relationship is still incredibly strong.'

Moving on: The Skinnygirl mogul appears to be getting along fine now
