And Courteney Cox was a lady out on the town as she partied with pals in Malibu at the weekend.

The Masters Of The Universe legend looked like she was having a great time as she posed for photos outside a nightspot in the California celebrity enclave.

The 52-year-old showcased a body many half her age would be proud of in a flattering black dress and high heels.

She also dabbled in naughty librarian chic by wearing a pair of thick-rimmed spectacles.

The actress, who is engaged to musician Johnny McDaid, seemed to be relishing her night out with the girls, and wore a wide grin as she loitered outside exclusive Soho House.

Courteney stood up for her former Friends co-star Jennifer Aniston after she was quizzed on the Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie divorce.

The actress knows all about high profile breakups, as she was married to Scream co-star David Arquette from 1999 until 2013, though they separated three years earlier.

Courteney has been dating Snow Patrol's Johnny McDaid since late 2013 and they announced their engagement via their Twitter accounts on June 26, 2014.
