The Beverly Hills clinic Epione serves a celebrity clientele ranging from Kim Kardashian to Sofia Vergara to Lady Gaga.

On Monday, it played host to yet another famous name.

Katy Perry was spotted leaving the cosmetic dermatology centre, keeping a low profile with large sunglasses and a baseball cap.

She wore a dark tracksuit with white stripes as she exited the building, a female friend walking along in front of her.

The Teenage Dream singer kept her headphones on as she walked to a black Mini, and left them there as she clambered in and her pal drove her away.

The specific treatment the 31-year-old availed herself of at Epione is unconfirmed.

Mrs Kanye West, who has been more open about the procedures she's undergone there, visited in August for a skin-tightening and a nonsurgical tummy tuck.

Khloé Kardashian's had cellulite removed at Epione via OptiLipo, an experience immortalised on Keeping Up With The Kardashians last year.

Last October, Kylie Jenner told the New York Times she enlists the clinic's Dr Ouirian to inject the Juvéderm that results in her trademark bizarrely swollen lips.

On Sunday night, the Santa Barbara native took in Dolly Parton's concert at the Hollywood Bowl, an event also attended by Reese Witherspoon, Elizabeth Banks and Perry's fellow Epione client Jenna Dewan Tatum.

The Roar singer, however, got pride of place, spending a bit of time with the country icon backstage before the performance and documenting the encounter on Snapchat.

'Hi, everyone, we're at the Hollywood Bowl with Dolly Parton,' Perry exulted. 'She's about to go on!' The grinning 70-year-old contributed: 'Yes, I am.'
