Two men have been arrested over the murder of a man in his 20s found lying face down outside a toy shop last night.

Emergency services rushed to the scene shortly after 10pm where they found the man in a retail centre car park, but he was declared dead upon arrival.

It is believed he may have died following a brawl but Kent Police do not currently believe any weapons were used.

They are expected to be quizzed by detectives today and they remain in police custody.

Detectives investigating the death have urged witnesses to come forward with information.

Forensics officers were remained at the scene today as they combed the area for evidence. 

Emergency services were called to the scene on Margate Road, Thanet, and paramedics found the main laid face down near Smyth’s Toy Store.

A spokesman for Kent Police said: 'South East Coast Ambulance attended but the man, aged in his 20s, was pronounced dead at the scene.

'Officers investigating the death have arrested two men aged 20 years and aged 27 years on suspicion of murder and they are currently in custody.
