She also wore black tights and platform heels that appeared to have a flash of Christian Louboutin red on the sole.

She completed the look with eye-catching pearl cluster earrings, black gloves and a clutch.

The Argentinian-born mother-of-three appeared her usual vivacious self as she laughed and beamed as she arrived at the conference that addresses scientific research and innovations in elderly care.

Her presence shines a light on the hot-button issues for older people including prevention of illness, homecare, hospital care, long-term care mental health, rehabilitation and transitional care.

The nursing congress hosts hundreds of nurses, researchers, teachers, nurses and managers of care homes from more than 30 different countries.

It is the second day in a row that the hard-working royal has attended an event.

Yesterday, she and King Willem-Alexander - her husband of 14 years - opened an exhibition in Utrecht commemorating Dutchman Dirk Hartog becoming the first European to set foot on the west coast of Australia.
