It's in her genes! Ireland Baldwin, 20, expresses herself and shows off tattoos in topless ad for True Religion

She's the daughter of Kim Basinger and Alec Baldwin and now, at 20, she's clearly coming into her own.

The six-foot, two-inch beauty poses for a new ad campaign for California-based denim retailer True Religion in which she is seen lying on the floor topless and showing off her body ink.

Alongside one of the shots posted to her Instagram, Ireland wrote: 'Having the opportunity to express my personal style is so important to me, and working with @truereligion to do so makes it that much sweeter. Never follow, always lead!'

In the image where she's lying on the floor, Ireland has her left arm positioned to hide most of her left breast.

In clear view are her upper arm tattoos of David Bowie as Ziggy Stardust and a large lotus flower.

She gazes straight to the camera, her head tilted to the side, and with her long dark blonde hair tied into a high ponytail.

In a different pose, Ireland sits on the floor wearing a dark blue denim shirt with the top buttons undone.

The sleeves are rolled up to just above the elbow, showing off some of her arm ink.

Again, the picture is taken from the side as she stretches out her long bare legs in front of her.

Model some thin pins like Ireland in True Religion jeans

Ireland Balwin just landed the new True Religion denim ad campaign. It's not a surprise since this towering 6'2 beauty has some seriously long legs to help show off this premium denim brand.

At a time when the distressed look is so prevalent, it's quite refreshing to see that Ireland went a different route. The model eschews rips, tears and shreds for a simple dark blue wash with a hint of fading. The look is classic model-off-duty.

The true blue hue is just perfect for the transitional season between summer and fall - we'd team it with a graphic print tee and sneakers by day and add a blazer and some strappy heeled sandals by night.

Click right to snag a pair at True Religion. At $179 they're pretty pricey, but a worthwhile investment as they will get better with age.

The third ad pose is also taken to show her from the left side.

She shows off her super slim figure in tight skinny jeans paired with a black tank top and black stiletto heels.

In a posting on their corporate Instagram, True Religion said they'd chosen Ireland for their ad campaign because they wanted to 'highlight unique individuals' who represent the core of their brand.

Good genes: Ireland inherited her blonde good looks from her mom, Oscar-winning actress Kim, with whom she's pictured in LA in 2010. She's Kim's only child, from her marriage to Alec

Ireland has been modeling for three years and is carving out a niche for herself in the competitive industry.

She is the only child of A-listers Basinger and Baldwin who married in 1993 and split in 2000.

Following their separation, the two actors were locked in a bitter custody dispute over their daughter.

It reached a zenith in 2007 when audio was released of the 30 Ropck star leaving an angry voicemail message for his then 11-year-old child in which he called Ireland a 'rude, thoughtless little pig'.

But relations betweent hge father and daughter are very much back on track these days with Ireland playing a doting big sister to her dad's three young children by second wife Hilaria.
