She recently revealed how riding horses helped her recover from a nasty split.

And Iggy Azalea was back in the saddle on Tuesday as she was seen going for a ride in Calabasas, California.

The 26-year-old was seen jumping through an obstacle course with a gorgeous steed.

The Australian-born rapper told Daily Mail horseback riding was a 'big stress relief' following split from Nick Young, made more brutal by the fact the LA Lakers player was expecting a child with the other woman. 

She said the horses humbled her, in that she could not entirely control what they did or how they acted. 

'Not just riding them, but in taking care of them - you have to be very patient,' she said.

'I think for me being a successful person and also being a powerful person and getting what I want a lot of the time, I think it's healthy to spend time with my horses and have them sometime be the boss and teach me to sometimes have patience.'

Iggy's Instagram page boasts photos of two horses the blonde beauty appears to own.

One horse, named Defender, is pictured with a fifth-prize ribbon - an accolade the rapper seemed delighted with.

'So proud it's only his 3rd event, what an effort,' she captioned the image. 

Her other horse, a white stallion, is named Strictly Business. 

The 26-year-old said the split was also the reason behind the late release of her new album, as she felt the content of the album no longer reflected her life.

'I wanted it to be a little sexier and a bit spicier than what it was and have some fun, do some guy collaborations and just things I wouldn't have done before,' she said.

'I'm excited for people to see that side of me.'
