And a makeup free Megan Blake Irwin cut a casual figure as she revealed a not-so-glamorous habit, during a low-key outing in New York on Monday.

Sporting skintight black leggings and a green jacket atop a blue tank top, the 22-year-old IMG model puffed on an unhealthy cigarette as she strolled through the streets of lower Manhattan.

She completed the look with black sneakers and designer shades while clutching her iphone and a Sephora shopping bag.

Her shoulder-length blonde locks were swept up in a messy ponytail and the statuesque beauty appeared to be makeup-free, revealing her glowing complexion.

The outing comes days after she returned to the Big Apple after having briefly returned to her native of Australia to fulfill her duties at George Main Stakes as an Australian Turf Club spring racing ambassador.

The Adelaide-native was discovered by renowned fashion photographer Mario Testino when he was Down Under to guest edit Vogue Australia in April and her career has since taken off.

She has appeared in countless fashion campaigns for the likes of Vogue Japan, Harper's Bazaar and Kookai.
