On Thursday, the 2DayFM hosts promoted the hilarious new video, where they can be seen crumping, booty popping and 'fancy walking.'

Dance like Bey: 2DayFM hosts Rove Mcmanus and Sam Frost took on a Beyonce formation dance class, promoting the hilarious video to their followers on Thursday

The radio duo appeared extremely nervous as they were instructed to dance like the global superstar, to a mixture of songs from her back catalogue.

Both in their activewear, they grooved in front of gold lettered balloons, spelling out 'BEY.

Sam, 26, wore a fitted black tank and figure-hugging tights for the small class of around 15 participants.

Sassy! Sam flaunted her assets in tight activewear to one of Beyonce's hit tracks, and Rove followed her lead by shaking his derriere in her direction

Her co-star Rove, 42, flaunted his best pop-star moves in a T-shirt and shorts, constantly looking to the camera with odd faces.

The pair thrived off each other in the fun-filled class, laughing at the exaggerate moves they were trying to pull off.

Rove, looking lost with the moves rejoiced when asked to incorporate the sassy walk, saying: 'fancy walking, I can do that.'

The radio duo worked it for the camera, posing suggestively and breaking into impromptu break dancing.

While Bachelorette star Sam claimed to 'have a stitch,' she didn't appear to break a sweat during the high energy workout.

Her makeup appeared flawless throughout the entire dancing montage, with her hair in a messy low ponytail.

Radio stars: Rove and Sam have fronted 2DayFM's early morning slot since November last year

Her TV personality co-host is not afraid of making a fool of himself, remaining in high spirits throughout despite looking a little flushed towards the end.

The comedian and Bachelorette have fronted Sydney's 2DayFM's early morning slot since November 2015.
