It has been weeks since she was last seen with Alicia Cargile.

And on Monday, Kristen Stewart was joined by Cara Delevingne's ex St. Vincent at the New York Film Festival premiere of her latest movie, Certain Women.

Now pictures have emerged of the couple strolling around the city, enjoying the sunny Fall weather on Tuesday, prompting growing rumours that they're an item.

They appeared to be wearing almost matching outfits with the 26-year-old blonde actress in a black miniskirt and a black T-shirt with a white checkered graphic on the front that she tied into a knot at the side to give a glimpse of her toned tummy.

She paired her ensemble with a bright orange hoodie and sneakers.

St. Vincent, whose real name is Annie Clark, also donned a black miniskirt that she wore with a black vintage David Bowie T-shirt with splashes of orange that picked up the colour of her BFF's hoodie.

The 34-year-old, newly single musician teamed it with an embroidered black satin bomber jacket and loafers.

It turned out the pals were hungry as they dropped into Soba-Ya, a Japanese udon and noodle restaurant for a healthy lunch.

The couple also wore matching colours for the premiere on Monday as they left their hotel separately.

Kristen put on a sizzling display in a dark red suit that she wore without a blouse or bra, leaving the jacket unbuttoned to reveal plenty of skin.

St. Vincent also opted for dark red, wearing a jacket that was nearly as long as her very little black minidress.

They were first spotted out together on August 30 when they went for dinner at Largo restaurant in West Hollywood before catching a performance by The Improvised Shakespeare Company.

And Kristen hasn’t been seen with her on-off girlfriend, visual effects producer Alicia Cargile since before then.

St. Vincent split with British model and actress Cara, 24, just a week later - despite reports that they had got engaged in Paris earlier this year.
