She's been busy all week putting on glamorous displays as she promotes new flick Inferno in Italy.

And Felicity Jones continued to live up to her stylish reputation as she attended a photocall alongside Tom Hanks and their fellow castmembers in Florence on Friday.

The English actress, 32, showed off her preppy style as she promoted her new flick against the stunning mountainous backdrop at Forte Belvedere.

It was Alexa Chung who first made us extol the virtues of a Peter Pan collar and realise they were the perfect way to introduce a vintage vibe to an outfit.

Making the most of her slender figure, the brunette rocked a close-fitting navy dress which was cinched in at the waist.

Featuring a button-up neckline, it boasted a large black bow at the collar, adding an edgy touch to the ensemble. 

Matching the dress with a sheer chiffon blouse , she added height to her stature in chunky platform killer heels with an ankle tie.

Felicity, who rose to fame on TV show The Worst Witch, swept her fringe to the side for the occasion, opting for minimal make-up. 

She was joined by co-star Tom Hanks, who looked dapper in dark jeans and a suede blazer jacket.

Felicity and Tom, alongside their co-stars, were all present at the photocall to promote the new blockbuster Inferno - based on the book of the same name in the famous Da Vinci Code series, by Dan Brown.

The high-octane thriller- set release on October 14, is directed by Ron Howard, follows beloved character Robert Langdon who wakes up with amnesia in a hospital in Florence.

Teaming up with Dr. Sienna Brooks, played by Jones, the pair race across the city and against time to recover his memories and escape being targeted by a major manhunt.

Ever the busy lady, Felicity has also been promoting new flick the new Star Wars installment, Rogue One. 

Talking to The Telegraph about partaking in such iconic movies in close proximity, the British beauty admitted: 'Taking on two giant roles back to back was a real challenge.’ 

However she revealed that working with respected actor Tom made filming Inferno amongst her pressured schedule made the process much easier, thanks to his welcoming disposition. 

She gushed of the Sleepless in Seattle star: ‘I felt totally embraced by him. He is so unegotistical – he hasn’t been in any way corrupted by fame.’
