'It's like you don't give a c***p': Guy Sebastian has a tense exchange with singer Omar on The X Factor... after he auditions in a baggy TRACKSUIT
The second day of auditions on Tuesday's episode of The X Factor Australia brought its fair share of surprises.
But it was confident singer-songwriter Omar who really left an impression on judge Guy Sebastian - and perhaps not the right kind.
After turning up onstage in a baggy tracksuit and fumbling his way through a Q&A, Guy told him, bluntly: 'It's like you don't give a c**p'.

Bad attitude? The X Factor's Omar (L) turned up onstage in a baggy tracksuit and fumbled his way through a Q&A, before judge Guy Sebastian (R) told him: 'It's like you don't give a c**p'
Guy, from the Gold Coast, came across as slightly over-confident before taking to the stage to perform Ocean Drive by Duke Dumont.
The 23-year-old tradie certainly didn't make an effort with his style choices, showing up in tracksuit bottoms and a T-shirt.
And his casual fashion was quickly noticed by Guy, who said, sarcastically: 'Thanks for dressing up.'
He added: 'I'm joking. I don't care what people wear to be honest. It's all about their gift. Have you got something special?'
Assuming Guy was still talking about his clothes, Omar responded, 'Yeah, I'm comfortable.' The audience burst into laughter.
Whoops! When Guy asked which artists Omar listens to, the 23-year-old Gold Coast tradie suffered another embarrassment by saying, 'A lot of myself, I guess'
Guy continued: 'Not your trackies! I'm past the trackies. Who would you compare yourself to?'
Omar said: 'I guess you'd have to tell me.'
Guy pressed, 'Could you tell me?' and Omar replied casually: 'I don't have an opinion about it to be honest, man.'

Fortunately, the aspiring hitmaker redeemed himself with his soulful performance of Ocean Drive.
At least the performance was good! Despite his obvious talent, the judges were not 100 per cent convinced by Omar's attitude but sent him through to the boot camp rounds nonetheless

Guy, 34, said: 'I really liked a lot about that, you have a really soulful voice.
'But there's something a little kind of... off about you. It's like you don't give a c**p, or you don't want people to know that you give a c**p.
'I like what you do. I haven't warmed to the whole thing yet,' he concluded.
Fellow judge Iggy Azalea had similar comments, saying: 'It's like there are two different people.

'The Omar that's talking to us... and the guy that's performing. One is abrasive and the other is warmer and a little mysterious.'
Meanwhile, Adam Lambert said the audition was 'sexy as hell' and he really enjoyed the 'cool and interesting' vocal style.
But the American Idol star also offered some important words of wisdom for the young contestant.
'I think there is a vibe that people can pick up on that can make an performance unappealing,' he began.
'This business is really ruthless when it comes to that. You can be the most talented guy... but you play your cards wrong with a couple of people and you're done.'

Later, Omar scraped through to the boot camp round after all three judges gave him rather reluctant 'yes' votes.
'I have my reservations, but the talent is definitely worth pursuing,' remarked Guy.
Later, when speaking to host Jason Dundas, Omar appeared to have taken the three judges' lessons on board.
'I'm going to reflect back on the feedback they gave me and see what I can do,' he said.
