A woman's fitness challenge went awry when she jumped into the air and slammed her head on a ceiling lamp.

Alongside the video posted in July 2014, Knowles wrote on Instagram: 'Yep. Check your clearance. I'll retry later once my head stops bleeding.'

In the comments section, she wrote: 'I'm honestly the biggest klutz on the planet. I'm surprised it didn't happen sooner...'
