Windswept Pixie Geldof giggles as she battles the elements and models retro patterned plunging dress on night out

She recently celebrated her 26th birthday with a star-studded birthday meal during London Fashion Week. 

And Pixie Geldof was giggly when she battled the wind while on a night out in London on Wednesday, with her hair blowing across her face.  

The socialite and model made a statement as she clad her figure in a plunging printed dress which had a low-cut neckline.

The low-cut square neckline tamed her assets in place with a small knot, before going on to cinch in her tiny midriff. 

Flaring out in the billowing skirt, the model looked at ease as she strutted along in a pair of unique lace-up brown boots. 

Proving to be quite the fashionista, Pixie clashed prints with an intricately embroidered handbag which was draped over one shoulder. 

Sporting just a slither of make-up on her face, her disheveled brunette locks proved to be just short enough to accessorise with a silver necklace.

The beauty, who is the daughter of Bob Geldof and Paula Yates, has proved to be a massive hit on the showbiz social scene.

Alexa Chung shared an Instagram snap which showed the likes of Nick Grimshaw and Henry Holland coming out to celebrate Pixie's birthday last month. 

She captioned the image: 'Happy Birthday, Pepo! We love you xxxx @pixiegeldof ❤️❤️❤️'.

Pixie was also spotted on the prestigious FROW at the Topshop show as well as Ashley Williams, where she was joined by a host of famous friends and her boyfriend George Barnett.

Pixie and drummer George have been dating for over four years and the couple put on a sweet display as they attended the show.

Last year Pixie was forced to deny engagement rumours after she was spotted rocking a huge diamond ring at the Ashley Williams 2015 show and the ring was still in place on Friday.

Meanwhile, Pixie has followed in the footsteps of her famous father to launch a music career and, during the summer, she appeared to have taken inspiration from her late sister Peaches as she sang about the suffering of a loved one.

Showcasing her impressive musical ability in song Twin Things, she sang: 'Wish I’d known you like my own skin, so I could feel the hurt you were in. Wish we had that twin thing.'

The socialite has rarely passed comment on her sister's death publicly, though it looks like her music could be a way for the model to express her heartache.

She also unveiled two new songs on May 31, Stay Strong and Escape Route, both of which have been praised by listeners on social media.
