Horsing around! Selma Blair shows off her slender figure in equestrian gear as she fuels up at petrol station

She was ushered off a flight in June after a public outburst which she said was the result of 'mixing alcohol and medication'.

But on Wednesday Selma Blair looked happy and healthy when she was spotted in Studio City, California.

The 44-year-old actress showcased her slender figure as she sported equestrian gear while filling up at a petrol station.

The Cruel Intentiona star put her best athletic foot forward in a classic pair of jodhpur trousers.

Her khaki-coloured horseback riding attire included traditional reinforced patches on the inside of the leg.

She teamed the form-fitting pants with a crisp white blouse that further highlighted the American Crime Story actress's slim waistline.

Selma swept her chestnut locks back into a youthful ponytail and kept concealed behind dark movie star shades.

The award-winning starlet seemed in good spirits almost four months after her public meltdown on board a flight from Mexico to Los Angeles with her former partner Jason Bleick and their son Arthur, aged five.

In a statement published by Vanity Fair, Selma confessed she'd 'made a big mistake.'

The actress said: 'After a lovely trip with my son and his dad, I mixed alcohol with medication and that caused me to black out and led me to say and do things that I deeply regret.'

The former Anger Management star needed medical assistance after disturbing fellow passengers with a bizarre rant as she jetted home with Arthur and his dad from a Father's Day trip.

Make like Selma and go for a Chanel bag

Selma Blair looked equestrian chic as she stepped out at a gas station.

The Cruel Intentions starlet looked like she was ready for an afternoon of horseback riding with her brown riding boots and khaki pants with a crisp white shirt.

Finishing off her look with an ultra cool Chanel quilted bag in supple brown leather, we always believe that you can never go wrong with Chanel.

Sadly for us, this exact style isn't available online and is from a previous season so head to the right to check out the current Chanel range.

For budget friendly picks that are just as cute, head down to the carousel with similar bags that will pack a punch.

We love the Wild Pair bag!

She allegedly screamed: 'He burns my private parts. He won't let me eat or drink... He's going to kill me' in front of other passengers in the First Class section.

Selma was ushered off the Delta aircraft – which had traveled from Mexico to Los Angeles – on a stretcher soon after it touched down.

The actress explained in her statement that her son was asleep at the time and did not witness his mother's behaviour.

'I take this very seriously, and I apologise to all of the passengers and crew that I disturbed and am thankful to all of the people who helped me in the aftermath.'

'I am a flawed human being who makes mistakes and am filled with shame over this incident. I am truly very sorry.'
