'You hear about the myth': Ryan Serhant watches fiancée Emilia Bechrakis transform into Bridezilla on Bravo's Million Dollar Listing New York

Ryan Serhant watched his fiancée turn into a Bridezilla on Thursday's episode of Million Dollar Listing New York in the week leading up to their wedding.

The third wedding episode saw bride-to-be Emilia Bechrakis turn into a self-confessed Bridezilla when a series of key parts of their plans went wrong as the finally made it to Corfu, Greece.

She flipped out at flamboyant wedding planner Kevin Lee when he admitted too many people were coming to fit into their planned reception area, and that the flowers he insisted get shipped over from Holland would not make it in time.

But the episode ended with a bigger possible crisis just three days out of the big day when they discovered their dream church, on tiny Pontikonisi Island, had been double booked.

'This church on this little island is the whole reason we are in Corfu,' admitted Ryan, 32, who converted to Greek Orthodox before flying out there.

'It's part of the reason I got converted, so I could get married in a Greek church. If we don't have this church, there is no Plan B.'

Of seeing his fiancée flipping out, he said: 'You hear about the myth of the Bridezilla,, and it's always this thing that's like, ''It doesn't really exist, right?'' Until you see it.'

Emilia, 31, was happy to take on the label as long as it got her the big day she had dreamed of.

'If I have to be Bridezilla, I'll become Bridezilla. I'll go all Bridezilla on your asses,' she said, adding of their planner: 'This is not Kevin's wedding. I remember Times Square - I remember being proposed to. I did not say yes to Kevin Lee.'

Ryan - who joked with Kevin that 'it's not my wedding either' - later smiled about how there was an unexpected advantage to having him around.

'The more she argues with him, the less she argues with me, so I am honestly thinking about keeping Kevin on retainer for the rest of our lives,' he joked later.

While Emilia got feisty, it was nothing compared to the anger generated at Ryan's bachelor party that was organized by his younger brother Jack to be 'low-key.'

But retired Million Dollar Listing's realtor Luis D. Ortiz made it perfectly clear throughout that he was unhappy about the boring night, having said beforehand: 'There's no low-key in Greece. This is a bachelor party, baby. We high-key this bitch!'

As the men all sat there chatting - with Ryan admitting it was 'boring' - Luis then snuck off and arranged for some beautiful belly dancers to come and entertain them all.

The new entertainment thrilled Ryan - but infuriated Jack and his friend Jason who felt that Luis was forcibly taking over the night and making himself the center of attention.

Jack and Jason took Luis outside, where Jack accused him of 'trying to steal my fire' and insisting: 'This is my s*** man, it's not yours.'

'I don't think it's yours either, I think it's Ryan's,' Luis said, angering Jason even more.

Jason pushed Luis a few times while pointing angrily in his face and shouting: 'You don't know what the f*** is going on. This is not your party, you did not start this - this is not yours!'

It looked like the heated exchange was about to turn into a fight - but Luis finally calmed them down and insisted: 'I came her for Ryan and listen, I understand that I went behind you, I went underneath you, but I was not trying to do something against you. I was trying to do something for him.'

'Just tell me next time,' Jack finally said, adding begrudgingly: 'It wasn't that cool - but it was kinda cool.'

'So you like the women!' Luis teased him, going back inside with Jason now hugging him to make amends, and seeing Ryan dancing drunkenly and saying: 'Now THIS is a bachelor party.'

Ryan admitted later that he only said he wanted a 'low-key' party because Emilia and her family were right next to him at the time, saying: 'I want it to hurt a little bit - but I want to recover.'

The next morning he was seen in the pool, saying of his hangover: 'Have you ever felt so sick you don't feel sick which makes you feel sicker? It's like there's sickness inside the sick. That's what I feel like.'

Emilia's bachelorette party, meanwhile, was more civilized, with her and her friends drinking on the beach.

When a friend pointed out that Greek Orthodox women are supposed to save themselves for their wedding, Emilia laughed: 'I've totally done that. I'm saving myself for marriage. That's what we'll tell my father.'

'To Emilia losing her virginity this week,' they later toasted.

Ryan's assistant Jordan Hurt and his director of operations Yolanda Mui were also there trying to find him a house so that he could keep his bride-to-be's parents happy that they would spend time there, giving them a budget of $2 to $4 million.

They found him his perfect house - only telling him once he toured it and fell in love that it was over $5 million, forcing him to pass on it.

'They just played me. They played me the way I play other people,' he said half admiringly.

Jordan and Yolanda in a preview of the next episode apparently found something that would work for Ryan.
