She's no doubt been working up an appetite during rehearsals.

So it's perhaps not surprising that Laura Whitmore was spotted chowing down on a tasty treat while leaving the BBC studios on Friday night.  

The Strictly Come Dancing contestant was spotted munching popcorn after appearing on the show's spin-off, It Takes Two.

Wearing a short black dress which was embroidered with flowers, the Irish TV presenter was clearly keen to court attention by showing off her bruised legs.

Presented with a bag of popcorn, she soon opened the packet and could be seen chewing open-mouthed in the back of a taxi. 

Naturally, she was joined by her dance partner, Giovanni Pernice.

The latest sighting comes just days after she shared images of her excruciating-looking bruises on Twitter. 

'Everything hurts', the 31-year-old TV presenter revealed, before backing up the statement with a trio of gruesome images.  

'I've always known I bruise like a peach... But this is ridiculous,' the blonde beauty alarmingly confessed.

The painful-looking red and purple bruises were dotted up and down her arm, signalling her devotion to the highly competitive reality show competition. 

Despite being one of the early favourites to win the series, Laura and Giovanni Pernice left nothing to chance as they rehearsed for a gruelling eight-hour period in central London on Wednesday. 

Laura flashed a huge smile as she left the studio, showcasing her slim figure in skintight leggings and a denim jacket layered over a grey T-shirt.

Letting her locks flow messily over her face, the MTV host completed her relaxed look with white pumps and a pair of shades, allowing her natural beauty to shine through with minimal make up.

Laura carried her dance kit in a leather bag as she clutched her phone in one hand and a bottle of water in the other to keep hydrated throughout her gruelling stint in the studio.

Giovanni, 26, looked suave in his trademark leather jacket and black shades, teamed with a pair of baggy cargo pants.

After their rehearsal, the Strictly co-stars hopped into the same car as they began their journey home.

On Tuesday, Laura attended the launch event of Google's new phone Pixel in London.

The TV presenter wore her all-in-one unbuttoned almost as low as her navel and added heels to give her ensemble the red carpet edge.

Laura drew further attention to her low-cut neckline with long necklaces following the deep V of her unbuttoned outfit.

She cut a particularly cool figure with one hand permanently tucked into her pockets and a pouty expression poised for the cameras.

The floral garment benefitted from a pop of colour as Laura accessorised with a black, red and gold clutch bag.

The blonde starlet wowed with a Waltz in the ballroom last weekend and was saved from the first week's public vote, alongside her dance partner.

Writing for Glamourmagazine.co.uk about her first week on Strictly, Laura said last week: 'I've never been more petrified of anything than I was opening the first show last Friday. Everything felt like jelly - knees, legs… brain.'

Elevated: The Irish TV presenter added high heels to elevate her frame as she worked her magic in front of the cameras 

'I'll be honest with you, it hasn't been an easy ride. You have to spend a lot of time with someone you never met.

'And you have to trust them. Giovanni has been great trying to get me to build my confidence in dancing but it takes time.'

Last year, Giovanni was partnered alongside Laura's friend, actress Georgia May Foote, 25.

The former dance partners started dating shortly after the 2015 show wrapped in January 2016, but announced their split in September after nine months together.  

On Sunday night, the show said goodbye to Xtra Factor presenter Melvin Odoom when he was voted off the show in a shock twist that saw Anastacia pull out of the dance-off due to injury.
