US singer Pia Mia jetted into Sydney on Wednesday.

And as the 19-year-old walked through the arrivals terminal inside the International Airport she brandished a packet of classic Tim Tams, an Australian chocolate biscuit.

Casually dressed for the long flight from Los Angeles, Kylie Jenner's bestie wore a grey speckled tracksuit and outsized diamond-encrusted sunglasses.

The petite crooner was dressed casually and for comfort and wrapped a black check shirt around her waist.

The slender singer wore silver high-top sneakers as she wheeled her bags through the terminal, with a grey blanket resting on top.

Her peroxide locks were in a half ponytail with a black and white bandanna across the front like a head band.

The singer, who collaborated with Chris Brown and Tyga on her summer single Do It Again, is in the country as the support act for Jason Derulo's arena tour.

The talented starlet, who reached Number Five on the ARIA charts with the single, has You Tube and the Kardashian clan to thank for raising her profile.

In 2013 Kim Kardashian shared a video of Pia Mia performing an acapella version of Drake's hit Hold On, We're Going Home which garnered lots of attention on social media.

The 19-year-old, who hails from the little-known US island of Guam, recently chatted with Billboard about her early success.

'I used to be so shy when I was younger. I wouldn't even be able to communicate,' she told the publication.

'The second I stepped on a stage was the one place I felt comfortable and confident and OK to be myself.'

'It's kind of surreal to me because I had this dream when I was so young back on my home island of Guam and then being here now and seeing everything unfolding is crazy,’ she added.
