The Stockport-born beauty looked truly sensational in the figure-hugging frock, which clung to her enviably slender frame.

The dress was formed of a plain nude bodice, which was layered beneath a sheet of sexy but delicate sheer black lace.

Featuring a sweetheart neckline held up by spaghetti straps, the dress flashed a saucy hint of cleavage and enhanced her assets as she headed for a night out on the town.

The little black number cinched in at her petite waist before skimming her body to its classy midi hem.

Keeping things co-ordinated and classic, the Ordinary Lies star paired the frock with a set of strappy nude sandal heels and a metallic box clutch bag, adorned with glittering stripes of gold and bronze.

Wearing nothing but the strappy ensemble the Northern lass flaunted a deep, strong tan and accessorised with a simple black velvet choker and her glittering wedding ring from hubby Mark Wright.

Michelle kept her famous brown locks - which she recently had to dye blonde for her upcoming role in ITV series Tina and Bobby - sleek and straight, and sporting glowing make-up which she contoured to perfection.

Matching her sexy black dress with a sultry smoky eye and thick slick of black liner, the FHM Sexiest Woman award winner looked glamorous and gorgeous as she posed outside the restaurant, before heading in for a fun night with her girls.

The star was seemingly taking a night off from her busy schedule - after confirming she would be returning for a third series of Our Girl on Wednesday night.

She shared a teaser for the forthcoming series after the series two finale that said: 'Husbands? They're overrated. I've got something much more important. I have a job to do.'

The former Coronation Street actress took over from Lacey Turner to play the lead female in the latest season, but the BBC has announced that Michelle's character Georgie Lane will be back.

Michelle's role in the BBC war drama was met with rave reviews from both critics and fans ever since the premiere earlier this month.

Expressing her delight at getting to take part in such a rewarding and exciting project, Michelle took to her Twitter after the finale to write: 'Well that's an official wrap. One of the most incredible experiences of my life....

'Thank you so much for your amazing support I feel so emotional right now. Thank you also to the amazing people who I was lucky enough to work with on this special project. Here's to series 3!!!! .... ❤️ #solucky #OurGirl2016 @bbcone'
