Clarifications and corrections
A column in Monday's paper reported the results of a poll by Tory peer Lord Ashcroft which said that Ed Miliband's lead over UKIP in his South Yorkshire constituency was 12 points. In fact his lead is 29 points.
Lord Ashcroft has clarified that there was a mistake in the way his survey was weighted and apologised for the error. We are happy to set the record straight.
