Caudwell could ring up £400m

VODAFONE is in talks to buy the mobile phone customer base of the private Caudwell Group. A deal could net £400m for founder John Caudwell. The business, called Singlepoint, has 1.4m customers and sells through Caudwell's chain, Phones4U.
