'She was excited because there’s all these jokes about how accountants are boring, and so she was like, "This is a sexy accountant movie. There’s intrigue and fights, and it’s very exciting,” ' Anna said.

The beautiful brunette even asked her mum for some advice on playing her role, according to ABC News.

'I sent her the script which is kinda frowned upon. I was like, "You have to explain all of this to me."

'She’s a math whiz and ... so she was explaining all the financial aspects of it because it’s kind of a puzzle.

Lock up your look with Anna's Tom Ford purse

Anna Kendrick is the ultimate cute girl with an impeccable sense of style. She arrived at Good Morning America wearing a polished, preppy outfit with a printed blouse tucked into a high waisted A-line skirt.

But what we couldn't help but notice was her elephant grey cross body bag by Tom Ford-- instantly recognizable as such thanks to the zipper embellishments and padlock closure.

The grey piece of arm candy is refined and feminine with a modern edge, creating a clean, elegant silhouette which completed Anna's impeccable look.

'You don’t have to be a math whiz to follow the movie but since I was saying the lines I figured I should kind of know what they mean.

'And the second I was done I was like, that’s gone forever. Farewell,' the beautiful brunette joked.

The Pitch Perfect star struck the right fashion note in a black blouse with a white leaf pattern and white collar and cuffs that she teamed with a beige A-line skirt and black high-heeled pumps.
