Car juggernaut Fiat Chrysler allegedly owe a luxurious Victoria resort owner more than $2.8 million after they agreed for exclusive rights to the resort to 'wine and dine' clients and guests. Ben Edwards is a wine aficionado and owner of the high-end resort, Villa Gusto, located in a secluded mountain drive of Buckland Valley Road in Victoria's Alpine region. Fiat Chrysler paid for exclusive use of the resort for the Australian branches marketing 'wining and dining' experiences since 2013, until 2015 when they allegedly declared the contract 'uncommercial'.
