Blonde ambition! Bachelor's Anna Heinrich and Ellie Goulding work up a sweat at Nike Training Club in Sydney... as singer kicks off Australian tour

The blonde bombshells are both Nike ambassadors, and one recently launched the Australian leg of their world tour.

So it makes sense that Anna Heinrich and Ellie Goulding, both 29, finally crossed paths during a work out.

The pair were both in attendance at a Nike+ Training Club at Nike Sydney in Australia on Thursday night, where they worked up a sweat with a group of other women.

Former Bachelor winner Anna shared a photo of the pair post-workout with her 248,000 Instagram followers, captioning the snap: 'Workin' it with Ellie Goulding.

Ellie showed off the rewards of her hard work in the picture, her athletic frame shaped by a black Nike top and 3/4 black tights. 

She added a splash of colour with what appeared to be an orange sports bra, matched to the orange detail on her running shoes.

Anna flaunted her ample assets and svelte waistline in a red tank top, and teamed it with a pair of black 3/4 length tights.

Both women had their hair slicked back with sweat, and secured in to ponytails. 

The exercise session saw the fit blondes perform high kicks and squats as they worked out.   

Ellie also posed alongside Australian Women's Football player Kyah Simon and New Zealand Olympic pole vaulter, Eliza McCartney, at the sport event.

Ellie has a huge passion for fitness, once telling Look magazine: 'Before, I had a flat bum, no boobs and not much shape. I'm way more womanly now. I'm a bit more confident with my body. I put it down to eating amazingly well. Now my body's different, my face shape is different and my eyes are brighter, too.'

So what's her secret? According to the magazine, Ellie is a huge fan of Barry's Bootcamp - the hour-long workout loved by the Beckhams and Kim Kardashian. She squeezes in an extra workout by running the 25 minutes to the gym, too.   

Ellie was left completely embarrassed on Wednesday when she was asked during a TV interview if she was pregnant with Prince Harry's baby.

But later that evening, Ellie Goulding did what she does best and took to the stage in Brisbane, stunning as she performing at her first Australian concert of her world tour.

The 29-year-old British singer and songwriter flaunted her trim pins in a sequinned playsuit on the night, no doubt thrilling fans.   

The blonde teamed the outfit with a long black leather vest and black boots.   

She had her long locks out in loose tousled curls and wore natural looking makeup, including dewy foundation, a pink lip and lashings of mascara.

Ellie - who is known for hits including Love Me Like You Do and Still Falling For You - appeared in high spirits and gave an energetic performance.  

The star could be seen dancing as she sang onstage, and at one point got onto the drums for a set.

The Brisbane show is the first date of her Australian leg of her Delirium World Tour.

On Friday evening, she is set to play Sydney before heading to Melbourne for a show on Saturday.

On Wednesday, she was left completely embarrassed when she appeared on The Project when co-host Carrie Bickmore quizzed her about whether she was pregnant with Prince Harry's baby. 

Rumours have been circulating in the press for months that the pair are an item.

It seems Ellie took the awkward question in good humour, replying: 'Please don't let me go red. I'm bright red. Why did I have a feeling that was going to come up?' 

'You naughty people,' she added with a laugh. 

In recent months, the pair were reportedly seen kissing at a party in England and have been friends for years, with Ellie having performed at Prince Harry's 30th birthday two years ago. 

She also performed at the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge's 2011 wedding.
