Cher Lloyd shows off enviably slim figure and mature new look in glamorous sequin gown as she heads to swanky Breast Cancer Now Ball

She wowed everyone with her new Hollywood makeover when she returned to the UK last month.

And Cher Lloyd was keen to show off her glamorous and mature appearance further on Saturday, as she attended Breast Cancer Now’s Annual Pink Ribbon Ball.

The 23-year-old singer was the picture of class in a black and silver sequinned gown as she made her glamorous arrival at the swanky Dorchester Hotel bash.

The former X Factor contestant looked incredibly elegant in the floor-length gown, which was formed entirely of shimmering sequins.

The black frock was embellished with silver horizontal stripes from its neckline to hem, which glittered under the event's lights as she posed for the cameras.

Remaining demure with long sleeves and a small slit at the front, the dress beautifully skimmed her figure all the way down to show off her petite frame.

The Swagger Jagger hit-maker paired the show-stopping look with a classic pair of black pointed stiletto heels.

The Worcestershire native looked a far cry from her X Factor days as she styled her long, brown tresses into sleek and shiny waves.

Cher kept her make-up very minimal, adding only a defined brow and a sweep of bronze to her cheekbones to enhance her pretty features.

Pulling her hair off her face, the rising star showed off her new, mature look to all as she posed confidently and comfortably at the bash.

Cher first unveiled her glamorous Hollywood look on an episode of Loose Women last month, which marked her first UK television interview since 2014.

Twitter went wild for her new look, with users noticing a striking resemblance with the starlet's mentor on the ITV series Cheryl Cole.

The pair ventured stateside to promote her new single at the time Swagger Jagger - but ended up staying there permanently.

She recalled on the Loose Women appearance: 'I didn't know I was going to live there, I went over because my song took off. We had two suitcases each, we went over for a promo tour.

'We ended up staying! We have all of our stuff in a storage locker. I'm so excited to look in it - it's been about two years!'

Cher met her sweetheart Craig in April 2011, after he fitted her hair with extensions at the Four salon in London's Mayfair.

The couple got engaged after just a few months of dating and, as well as a diamond engagement ring, Cher had her wedding ring finger tattooed with a heart.

When asked about her choice to get engaged at such a young age, the star said to the Daily Mirror back in 2012: 'People are negative no matter what you do. People are always going to say, "She's too young!"'

'I'm from a Gypsy background! I'm meant to be married by now. But I’m happy, really happy. I love him to pieces, more than anything in the world, but I don’t want people to take that away from me.'

As well as as returning to the UK the singer, who came fourth on the X Factor in 2010, is making a return to music too.

She released the music video for her new single Activated in late August, and later announced in an interview with New You Media that her third album is almost finished.
